Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering
Thank you for choosing Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our booking, payment, catering, bartending, cancellation, and event service policies. By submitting a deposit or payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Reservations
All services are subject to availability. An event date is not considered reserved or confirmed until the required deposit has been received and any required agreement has been completed.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry, including event date, location, guest count, service duration, menu selections, and requested services.
Any changes to the event may result in an adjustment to the final price.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the event unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Final guest counts must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the event. Once the final guest count has been confirmed, reductions may not result in a reduction of the contracted price.
Additional services, upgrades, overtime, rentals, menu additions, or other requested changes may result in additional charges.
Alcohol, bar products, or other services not included within the selected package may be invoiced separately.
Your event is not officially booked until the required deposit has been received.
Bartending & Alcohol Service
All alcoholic beverage service will be conducted in accordance with applicable Texas laws and regulations.
Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering will not knowingly serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.
Valid government-issued identification may be required for any guest whose age is questionable.
Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual who appears intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, cannot provide acceptable identification, or whose continued alcohol consumption may create a safety concern.
Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering is not responsible for alcohol provided to minors or intoxicated individuals by the client, event guests, venue staff, or other third parties.
The client is responsible for ensuring that alcohol consumption at the event complies with venue policies and applicable laws.
Catering Services
Menus and food selections will be based on the package and selections approved before the event.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
Guest count • Menu selections • Service style • Event location • Rentals • Staffing • Special requests
Reasonable substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to product availability. When possible, clients will be notified of significant substitutions before the event.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Clients are responsible for informing Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary requirements before the final menu is confirmed.
While reasonable accommodations may be made when possible, Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering cannot guarantee that food has not come into contact with allergens unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Event Changes
Any changes to the guest count, menu, package, service time, venue, event date, or requested services should be communicated as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Major changes requested after food, beverages, supplies, rentals, or other event materials have been purchased may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If the client cancels an event, any expenses already incurred on behalf of the event—including food, beverages, rentals, supplies, staffing commitments, specialty items, or customized products—remain the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation of any portion of a booking, including bartending, catering, rentals, staffing, or additional services, may be treated as a cancellation of that specific contracted service.
Any payments made toward products or services that have already been purchased, prepared, ordered, or reserved are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule an event are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
When approved, payments may be transferred to a new event date at the discretion of Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering.
Additional charges may apply if pricing, staffing, menu costs, travel requirements, or other expenses change for the new date.
Event Access & Setup
The client is responsible for ensuring that Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering has reasonable access to the event location for setup and breakdown.
The client must communicate any venue restrictions, loading instructions, parking requirements, stairs, elevator restrictions, kitchen limitations, electricity requirements, or other conditions that may affect service before the event.
Unexpected conditions that require additional labor, equipment, or service time may result in additional fees.
Service Time & Overtime
Service hours will be based on the time stated in the client’s confirmed package or agreement.
Requests to extend service beyond the contracted time are subject to staff availability and may incur an additional overtime fee.
Setup and breakdown times are separate from active guest service unless otherwise stated.
Rentals & Equipment
Any equipment, décor, serving pieces, bar equipment, glassware, linens, displays, or other rental items provided by Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering remain the property of the company unless otherwise stated.
The client may be responsible for the replacement or repair cost of items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled during the event.
Gratuity
Unless specifically included in the selected package or invoice, gratuity is not included in service pricing.
Gratuities are appreciated but remain at the client’s discretion.
Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue for catering, bartending, alcohol service, mobile bar setup, cooking equipment, or other contracted services.
Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering is not responsible for services that cannot be performed because of undisclosed venue restrictions.
Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable working environment.
Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue service if weather conditions create an unsafe environment for staff, guests, food, beverages, or equipment.
A suitable backup plan is strongly recommended for outdoor events.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering will make every reasonable effort to fulfill contracted services.
However, the company will not be held responsible for circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, utility failures, emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
When possible, we will work with the client to determine an appropriate alternative or rescheduling option.
Client Responsibility
The client agrees to provide accurate event information and maintain a safe environment for Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering staff.
Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering reserves the right to discontinue service if staff members experience harassment, threats, violence, unsafe working conditions, or other serious inappropriate behavior.
Discontinuation of service for safety reasons does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting a deposit, making payment, electronically accepting an agreement, or otherwise confirming services with Danni’s Mobile Bar & Catering, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Individual proposals, invoices, contracts, or package agreements may contain additional terms specific to the event.
